What is NnekaTV?
NnekaTV is a multi-brand content app that brings together trending videos and news (NnekaTV), daily devotionals and kids' early-reader stories (FaithFlow), and wedding content with Amara digital magazine. Download it free on iOS and Android.
Is the app free?
NnekaTV and FaithFlow content are completely free and ad-supported. Amara Magazine offers tiered subscriptions: free access to published wedding stories and magazine teasers, Basic ($15/month) for vendor directory access, and Pro ($35/month) for full magazine issues and premium features.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through your app store. On iOS, go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. On Android, go to Google Play Store > Subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date.
Is the app safe for children?
Yes. FaithFlow includes early-reader devotionals designed for children under 13. We are fully COPPA-compliant: child accounts require parental consent, we do not show personalized ads to children, and we limit data collection. See our Privacy Policy for details.
How do I delete my account and data?
You can delete your account in the app by going to Profile > Delete My Account. Alternatively, use the contact form below to submit a Data Deletion Request. See our Data Deletion page for full details.
Can I use the app offline?
Yes. You can save articles and devotionals for offline reading. Video content requires an internet connection to stream.
How do I report inappropriate content?
Use the in-app reporting feature on any piece of content, or use the contact form below to let us know. We review all reports promptly.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password" and enter your email address. You will receive a password reset link. If you signed in with Google or Apple, use those services to manage your credentials.
