IWO Events LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates the NnekaTV mobile application, which includes the NnekaTV, FaithFlow, and Amara Magazine brands (collectively, the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App.
1. Information We Collect

When you create an account or use the App, we may collect:

- Profile photo (if provided)
- Authentication credentials (via Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In)
- Subscription and payment information (processed by Apple App Store or Google Play Store via RevenueCat)

- Search queries within the App
- Brand preferences and interaction patterns
- Push notification interaction data

- IP address and general location (country/region level)
- App version and crash/diagnostic data
Children's Information
Our FaithFlow brand includes "early-readers" devotional content designed for children under 13. Please see the COPPA Compliance section below for details on how we handle children's data.
2. COPPA Compliance (Children's Privacy)
We take children's privacy seriously. The FaithFlow section of our App offers "early-readers" devotional content intended for children under the age of 13.
Parental Consent
We require verifiable parental consent before collecting any personal information from children under 13. A parent or guardian must create and manage the child's account.
Data Collected from Children
For child accounts, we limit data collection to:
- A username or display name (chosen by the parent)
- Reading progress and bookmarks within early-readers content
- Basic device information necessary for App functionality
What We Do NOT Collect from Children
- We do not serve personalized advertisements to children under 13
- We do not collect precise geolocation data from children
- We do not allow children to publicly share personal information
- We do not condition a child's participation on disclosing more data than is reasonably necessary
Parental Rights
Parents and guardians may at any time:
- Review the personal information collected from their child
- Request deletion of their child's personal information
- Refuse further collection or use of their child's information

3. CCPA Rights (California Residents)

- Know whether your personal information is sold or disclosed and to whom
- Request deletion of your personal information
- Opt out of the sale of your personal information (we do not sell personal information)

6. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:
- Supabase — Authentication, database, and user data storage
- RevenueCat — Subscription management and payment processing across iOS and Android
- OneSignal — Push notification delivery
- Google AdMob — Advertisement display (not shown to users under 13)
- Google Sign-In — OAuth-based account authentication
- Apple Sign-In — Account authentication on iOS devices
- Expo/EAS — App build and update delivery infrastructure
7. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in the following circumstances:
- With third-party service providers listed above, solely to operate the App
- To comply with legal obligations, court orders, or government requests
- To protect the rights, safety, or property of IWO Events LLC, our users, or others
- In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets (with prior notice)
8. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. After account deletion, we remove personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. Aggregated, anonymized data may be retained indefinitely for analytics.
9. Cookies and Tracking
The App does not use browser cookies. We may use device identifiers and analytics SDKs to understand App usage. You can limit ad tracking through your device settings (iOS: Settings > Privacy > Tracking; Android: Settings > Google > Ads).
10. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (TLS), encrypted storage, and access controls. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy in the App and updating the "Effective Date" above. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
