Terms of Service

Welcome to NnekaTV. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the NnekaTV mobile application, including the NnekaTV, FaithFlow, and Amara Magazine brands (collectively, the "App"), operated by IWO Events LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

The App is a multi-brand content platform providing:

• NnekaTV: Trending video content and news articles (free, ad-supported)
• FaithFlow: Daily devotionals, early-reader stories for children, and video content (free, ad-supported)
• Amara Magazine: Wedding stories, vendor directory, and the full digital magazine experience (tiered subscription)

3. Account Registration

Age Requirements

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account for general use of the App.
• Children under 13 may only access FaithFlow early-readers content through a parent- or guardian-managed account, with verifiable parental consent as required by COPPA.
• If you are between 13 and 18, you represent that your parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access through the Support page.

4. User Content and Conduct

What You May Do

• View, bookmark, and share content within the App
• Post comments, reviews, and community submissions
• Submit wedding stories, vendor listings, and other user-generated content

Prohibited Content and Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Post content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, harassing, or threatening
• Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Spam, solicit, or distribute malware
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the App
• Use automated tools to scrape or access content
• Circumvent subscription or paywall restrictions

Reporting

If you encounter content that violates these Terms, please report it through the in-app reporting feature or contact us through the Support page.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, trademarks, and other intellectual property in the App are owned by or licensed to IWO Events LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

By submitting user-generated content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the App. You retain ownership of your original content.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Subscription Tiers

• Free: NnekaTV and FaithFlow content, published wedding stories, Amara cover and teaser pages
• Basic ($15/month): Vendor directory (limited), lead capture, standard articles
• Pro ($35/month): Full vendor profiles, direct contact, complete Amara Magazine issues

Billing

All subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's app store settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for the remaining period.

Refunds

Refund requests must be directed to the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, as they process all payments. We do not directly handle payment information.

7. Termination

By You

You may delete your account at any time through Profile > Delete My Account in the App, or by contacting us through the Support page. See our Data Deletion page for details.

By Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior
• Repeatedly post prohibited content
• Fail to pay subscription fees

We will provide notice before termination when possible, except in cases of severe violations.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IWO EVENTS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising from these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Georgia.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or by other means. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
