DMCA / Copyright Policy

IWO Events LLC ("we," "us," or "our") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement committed using our App.

1. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that content available through the NnekaTV app infringes your copyright, you may submit a written DMCA takedown notice to our designated agent. Your notice must include the following:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed. If multiple works are covered, a representative list.
  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it within the App (e.g., URLs, screenshots, or descriptions).
  4. Your contact information, including name, address, and telephone number.
  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.

2. Counter-Notification Process

If you believe your content was removed in error or that you have authorization to use the material, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address, and telephone number.
  5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or in the State of Georgia if you reside outside the United States) and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original DMCA notice.

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant. If the complainant does not file a court action within 10 business days, we may restore the removed content.

3. Repeat Infringer Policy

We maintain a policy of terminating the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright. If a user receives multiple valid DMCA takedown notices, their account may be suspended or permanently terminated at our discretion.
